Marian has been practicing yoga for 9 years, has completed a teacher training with Suddha Weixler of the Chicago Yoga Center and is currently studying with Daren Friesen of Moksha Yoga. Always looking toward growth, expansion and greater understanding, Marian has taken many workshops and trainings with teachers such as David Life and Sharon Gannon, Seane Corn, Ana Forest, Rod Stryker, Nicki Doane and Eddie Modestini, Saul David Raye, and Angela Farmer. Yoga is the bright light at the center of Marian's life and she feels privileged to be able to share her love for the practice with others. She offers a light, honest and friendly approach to teaching and believes that a consistent and conscientious practice is a priceless gift that yields benefits that are special and unique to each practitioner.
Marian leads Hatha Yoga sessions on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:30pm and Sunday mornings at 11am.

An Astrologer since 1980, I decided to study Astrology because it was a taboo by the culture I grew up with and I wanted to learn why it was. I soon learned that there was nothing to fear and very much to gain. One of my first teachers was Barbara Krofel. She was an excellent Astrologer and was very generous with her knowledge. She loved Astrology and taught it with an enthusiasm that instilled the love of Astrology in me. I have studied with other well-known Astrologers such as Michael Lutin, Demetra George, Richard Tarnas, Glenn Perry, Rick Levine, Linda Koyner to name a few. I belong to Astrological organizations, the NCGR, a US research organization, ISAR an International research organization and AFAN, the legal arm of Astrology.
Getting an Astrology consultation is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Your Natal chart will tell you many things about your life, both practical and spiritual, such as - why you have the relationships you do, your profession and what it can and/or will do for you and the world and other matters such as love, money, home, family and children. There is also an Astrological way to find what planet lines your living on and, if you wish to move, where to move to get the results you would like.
An Astrological consultation gives you the tools and information to help you get the best out of life, to learn to enjoy life, to get through the hard times, take advantage of the good times, strive for success, understand your life processes, attract what is best for you and to evolve and move forward spiritually.
