When people want to get a photograph taken, first thoughts are usually of clothing and a preferred background. We think of how to arrange ourselves. And how to present well. And while those things are part of what makes a lovely photo…

How often do we ask ourselves, am I at peace with myself? Am I at home in my body? Am I connected to this beautiful home, the earth, that I belong to?

If the answer to those questions is yes, then a photo will be simply enchanted. Because humans are magical and delightful. And what really captivates us is the beauty of a human being at peace, and in harmony with their environment. Delighting in the beauty both around them and within them.
